You ensure that promotional campaigns and initiatives are activated across the customer base. You explain the activation vision provide support materials and develop in-store point-of-sale (POS) activation requirements.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Engage brand & category teams on appropriate channel requirements and relevant timelines
  • Understand and develop with marketing the most appropriate campaign plans by category and retailer
  • Understand the key drivers of purchase be responsible for the development of account/channel specific POS materials
  • Track post-evaluate and report activity versus plan of all activity in customers and recommend improvements and key insights for future strategy development

Responsible for leading the planning and strategy of Point of Sale (POS) materials ensuring alignment with category growth priorities and direct impact on conversion at the POS. This position connects brand strategy with the field focusing on both current year deliverables and the future evolution of solutions.

Key responsibilities of the position:

  • Define and lead the POS materials strategy aligned with category and channel growth priorities.
  • Develop and implement POS solutions with a focus on conversion based on Shopper Insights and an understanding of the purchase journey.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different categories and channels.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing Sales and Trade to ensure consistency between strategy and execution.
  • Lead the interface with agencies and partners structuring routines and elevating the quality of deliverables and collaboratively lead future growth agendas.
  • Incorporate market learnings and trends into the evolution of POS materials and solutions.
  • Adapt strategies to different regional realities ensuring relevance in the field.
  • Ensure efficient budget management seeking a balance between impact cost and scale.
