Role Description
The machine learning engineeris responsible fordevelopingoptimizing and deploying advanced machine learning and NLP models including generative AI solutions. The role involves working with AWS AI services Python ML frameworks and APIs to deliverhighquality production-ready AI components for business applications such as PowerApps and dashboards.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Understand cleantransformand enhance data to match future model development and business logic.
Develop and finetune machine learning and NLP models for various analytical andautomation usecases.
Integrate generative AI solutions and foundational model.Create andoptimizeprompts.Propose and implement evaluationstrategies forGen AI models.
Build andmaintainAPIs that enable seamless model integration with downstream systems.
Translate complex analytical results into actionable insights and business recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with product and business requirements.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
Musthaves:
Mid-level experience (typically 35 years) in developing finetuning and deploying machine learning and NLP models.
Highproficiencyin Python programming with strong ability to write clean efficient productionready code.
Proven handsonexpertisein generative AI including foundation models prompt design and model evaluation.
Solid experience with Python ML/NLP libraries such asspaCyPyTorch Scikitlearn and optionallyHuggingFaceTransformers.
Ability to translate analytical insights into actionable business recommendations.
Strong communicationskills and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering product and business stakeholders.
Nice to have:
Experience with vector databases or RAG pipelines.
Familiarity withMLOpstools (SageMakerMLflow Kubeflow etc.).
Experienceintegrating AI models within PowerApps or Power Platform solutions.
Understandingresponsible AI principles evaluation and model safety.
Experience designing developing and deploying RESTful APIs for model integration with business applications.
