About the Internship:
Ourinternspartner with our sales and marketing team to help drive high-priority company initiatives and day-to-day operational activities. As an intern Yahara offers you:
- 1-1 mentorship and guidance
- Real-life/direct experience working alongside professionals to support business development and brand growth
- At the end of the internshipyouwill have the opportunity to presentyourexperience atacompany-wide meeting (Ted-talk style!)
- Hybrid schedule (2 days in office/2 days remote)
Position Overview and Core Responsibilities:
This internship issplitapproximately 50% Sales support and 50% Marketing support giving you well-rounded exposure to both disciplines. You will work in a fast-paced collaborative environment where your contributions directlyimpactreal businessoutcomes. Your existing communication research and organizational skills will be expanded through hands-on work that builds a solid foundation for your career in salessupportand marketing.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Enthusiasm for learning sales processes and marketing strategy
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Marketingor Business-related curriculumwith an emphasisinSales and/or Marketingat an accredited college program(Junior/Senior level; or second year in atwo-yearprogram). Will consider recent graduates with a relevant degree.
- Must be able to work locally in the Madison-based office during core business hours2 days aweek/2daysremotefor the duration of the internship.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
- Experience with AI tools (such as Claude Microsoft Copilot or similar) is a plus
