Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled TOSCA Automation Testing Specialist to join our project team supporting a leading US-based client in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The role involves designing developing and executing automation test strategies for modern applications as well as legacy systems ensuring seamless integration and quality assurance across diverse technology landscapes.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Design and implement automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA for insurance applications.
Collaborate with business analysts developers and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into automated test cases.
Conduct feasibility analysis for automation in legacy systems and propose effective solutions.
Develop and maintain test assets reusable modules and regression suites.
Execute automated test cases analyze results and report defects with clear documentation.
Integrate automation testing with CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
Provide knowledge transfer and training to team members on TOSCA best practices.
Ensure compliance with insurance industry standards and client-specific quality benchmarks.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must-Have Skills:
68 years of experience in automation testing with Tricentis TOSCA.
Strong understanding of P&C Insurance domain workflows (policy administration claims underwriting billing).
Hands-on experience in test case design test data management and test execution using TOSCA.
Exposure to legacy systems (mainframe AS/400 or other custom-built platforms) and strategies for automation enablement.
Familiarity with API testing web applications and database validations.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins AWS DevOps GitLab) and integration of automation frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving communication and client-facing skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
TOSCA Certification (Automation Specialist Level 1 & 2).
Experience in insurance product implementations or modernization projects.
Knowledge of test management tools (JIRA ALM qTest).
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
