You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales including processing of data.
  • Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.
  • Support the revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes including the provision in suitable media.
  • Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers.
  • Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities.

  • Experience in customer service logistics or sales support
  • Basic knowledge of sales systems and tools (including SAP and MS Excel)
  • Solid communication and problem solving skills

More about this role

The Sales Force Automation Projects and Development Analyst must provide support and back up to the Sales Force Automation Manager (Retail Execution Systems Manager & Sales Data Lead) during the implementation management and optimization of the Sales Force Automation Systems and Processes as well support for improving the reliability availability and integration of various Sales Data.

  • Collaborate with all the SF&A (Sales Force Automation Team) to ensure the sales team can operate effectively and are able to achieve their targets.
  • Participate in the future systems implementation and maintenance into the Retail Execution Area and their integration with existing ones assuring their adaptation to market and business requirements
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data improving the reliability availability and integration of various Sales Data Sources always looking to provide the business with valuable data that enables quick decision-making.
  • Working closely with Global Teams and External Vendors trying to assure requirements and best adapted solution for the business are achieved.
  • Support the Training development in a closed cooperation and support the Sales Capabilities team to ensure all changes implemented are really adopted.

Technical Requirements:

  • Education: Engineer or Business Administration with Business Analytics
  • Technical and technological proficiency experience
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse data and generate actionable insights
  • Project management skills Problem-solving skills to address technical issues and optimize processes.
  • Ability to analyse understand and design processes ensuring that both the implemented solutions and the delivered data support the business strategy.
  • Tools: Microsoft Data visualization such as PBI tableau etc. IA application High command very evaluable.
  • Languages: English and Spanish fluent

Soft skills:

  • Strong communication skills are especially needed for documenting requirements training and giving support to users.
  • Adapt to different stakeholders and be part of the change management
  • Genuine interest in people to successfully work on change management and provide ongoing support internal users
  • Talent and willingness to learn technical details and business processes.
