1. Improve Validation testing coverage/quality for Mobile DRAM products.
2. Collaborate with Verification team/Design team/PE/QMS the validation test flow review and sign off validation test item and evaluate DRAM parts using the test program with making quality.
3. Develop testing patterns to improve testing efficiency and quality.
4. Utilize state-of-art in house engineering equipment to support product characterization and electrical failure analysis.
5. Detecting failure according to the JEDEC specs.
6. Identify causes of problem through systematic analysis.
7. Work closely with various engineering groups in resolving process/defects related issues.
8. Collaborate with Design Verification simulation engineers to improve testing coverage.
9. Develop high quality and quick testing as Mobile DRAM test strategies.
10. Detailed data analysis on product to give feedback yield improvement projects.
11. Extensive usage of data parsing and data analysis for improving circuit-design test times and quality.
12. Support Validation test pattern verification of new products using Verilog simulations.
13. Identify design marginalities and propose circuit modifications and/or fuse improvements to circuit-related problems.
14. Collect on-site product validation issues through stakeholder interviews and translate them into clear actionable requirements.
15. Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency while strengthening quality-check and validation approaches.
16. Plan for deployment and reusability to scale the improved higher-quality workflows across the organization.

1. BS in Electrical Engineering Electronic Engineering Computer science Engineering or equivalent.
2. Familiar with Back End testing. (Both Memory and SOC.)
3. Oral and written English communication skills are required.
4. Previous work experience in DRAM memory related fields.
5. Proven experience implementing solutions using Python TypeScript PowerShell or equivalent programming languages.
6. Experience in designing logic and/or analog circuits or knowledge that can be understood by looking at circuit diagrams.
7. Verilog Simulation experience.
8. High-speed Interface testing experience.
9. Since DRAM customers also require Automotive knowledge of IATF16949 (automotive audit) makes it easier to prove the correctness of the test.
10. Ability to negotiate externally (research information dissemination)
11. Proven experience in automating business workflows including API integrations data processing and robust exception handling.
12. Prior experience with AI tools (e.g. Claude Code).
13. Demonstrated experience in proposing and delivering actionable improvements tailored to on-site requirements.

11. 回路設計テスト時間品質を向上させるためのデータ解析とデータ分析の広範な使用
12. Verilog シミュレーションを使用した新製品の検証テスト パターン検証をサポートします
13. 設計の限界を特定し回路関連の問題に対する回路修正及びヒューズによる改善案を提案します
14. 製品評価業務の現場における課題のヒアリングと要件定義をします
15. AIツールを活用した効率化フローの設計実装品質チェック方式の強化をします
16. 効率化高品質化した業務の改善を目指し解析手法の拡張性を検討します

<教育と経験と優先資格>
1. 電気工学電子工学コンピュータサイエンス工学または同等の学士号
2. バックエンドテストに精通している (メモリとSOCの両方)
3. 口頭および書面による英語コミュニケーションスキルが必要です
4. DRAM メモリ関連分野での実務経験
5. Python/TypeScript/PowerShell等での実装経験
6. 論理回路やアナログ回路の設計経験または回路図を理解できる知識
7. Verilog シミュレーションの経験
8. 高速インターフェイスのテスト経験
9. DRAM の顧客は車載も必要とするためIATF16949 (自動車監査) の知識があるとテストの正確性を証明することが容易になります
10. 対社外への折衝能力リサーチ情報発信
