Gundersen Health System is seeking a detailoriented outgoing and highly organized Office Assistant to support our Pediatrics this essential role youll help keep daily operations running smoothly by coordinating calendars supporting clinical managers and providing key administrative support. Whats Available:

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly)

• Schedule: MondayFriday daytime hours typically between 7:00 AM4:30 PM (varies based on department needs)

• Department: Pediatrics

• Location: Onsite La Crosse and Onalaska locations

What you will do:

• Provide LOVE MEDICINE by delivering exceptional first and last impressions for patients and families

• Partner with providers clinical staff and leaders to support patient care and team success

• Assist patients and coworkers by problemsolving answering questions coordinating services and responding via phone email and in person

• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• No experience required but clerical or office experience is a plus

• Strong technology customer service and scheduling skills preferred
