We are recruiting for Production Technicians to join our compounding team in Thetford. You will be manufacturing life saving products such as nutrition chemotherapy and antibiotics that is sent directly to patients in their homes and hospitals all over the world.

This role is working in a cleanroom environment therefore you must be comfortable wearing PPE.

We work rotational shifts; Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00 and 13:00-21:00 and at busy times we do work overtime. We offer a competitive salary of 25600 and a weekly shift allowance of 45.35.

What will you be doing

  • To manufacture live saving products in accordance to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • To perform routine quality checks on the product as part of the manufacturing process
  • To correctly record detailed data on batch paperwork and quality documents following Good Documentation Practices at all times
  • To perform and record all cleaning for the equipment and areas of work as and when required as defined in the relevant SOPs
  • To notify Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager/Quality assurance of any deviations from the process and take part in correcting mistakes under the guidance of your Team Leader and Quality department

Experience required

We are looking for candidates who bring previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Youll be comfortable working with processes following detailed instructions and contributing to a highquality safetyfocused operation. If youve worked in food pharmaceutical FMCG or another regulated production setting even better.

  • Experience in manufacturing production or a similar handson operational role
  • A strong focus on quality safety and accuracy
  • The ability to follow standard operating procedures and work as part of a team
  • Reliability attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Able to communicate effectively and respectively
