We are looking for a structured and execution-oriented content professional for a fixed-term employment covering an 11-month parental leave.
The role suits someone who is comfortable working both strategically and operationally with social media in a Nordic organisation.
In this role you will work with the day-to-day execution of Ifs Nordic content planning and organic social media presence. You will coordinate and maintain the Nordic content calendar together with relevant stakeholders and be responsible for ordering producing coordinating and publishing content for our owned social media channels (mostly on LinkedIn Meta TikTok).
A central part of the role is working closely with external consultants and agencies. You will continuously follow up on and analyse content performance to improve results. This includes evaluating the outcomes of paid social media activities for our organic-first content.
You will work closely with colleagues in External Communications and Employee Communications as well as with other parts of the organization such as HR Marketing and various business areas.

You will be part of the External Communications team responsible for Ifs corporate communication Public Relations (PR) and Public Affairs (PA) across the Nordic markets. The team consists of experienced communication professionals working together to strengthen Ifs corporate reputation and position as a fair responsible and leading insurer in the Nordics.
You are a reliable and hands-on content specialist who thrives in an operational role with clear responsibilities. You are comfortable working within existing frameworks and enjoy coordinating multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
You combine a practical mindset with strong analytical skills and are used to following up on results drawing conclusions and making continuous improvements. You are structured in your way of working clear in your communication and confident in managing external partners.
Experience from working at an agency or as a content manager in a larger organisation is considered an advantage.
A degree in marketing communication or a related field
5 years of experience working with digital content and social media
Experience acting as a client and brief-giver towards agencies consultants and freelancers
A good understanding of content performance measurement andoptimization
Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
Experience working with tools such as Canva Adobe Creative Suite and AI-based content tools
Excellent language skills in English and at least one Nordic language
