This role is the heartbeat of our agencyconnecting families supporting caregivers and ensuring every new hire and client has a smooth high-quality onboarding experience from start to finish.
What youll be doing:
Leading the full onboarding process for families and Direct Support Workers
Coordinating interviews intake and documentation
Communicating daily with families team members and referral sources
Ensuring compliance accuracy and a seamless experience across systems
Creating care plans and supporting risk mitigation processes
Tracking progress onboarding metrics and weekly reporting

Compensation & Benefits:
$28.85/hour ($60K annually)
