• Liaise with internal stakeholders (including Investor Accounting and Finance Corporate Finance and Tax) external corporate secretarial service providers external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Provide guidance on corporate governance matters to senior management and directors and officers of corporate and client vehicles.
• Prepare and review board resolutions minutes and other corporate documents as and when required.
• Manage corporate seals and share certificates.
• Maintenance of corporate records and entity management system.
• Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations across major jurisdictions in Asia Pacific as well as Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience preferably within a multinational organization.
• Professional qualification in Company Secretarial practice preferred (e.g. ISCA / CGI).
• Experience in international corporate and fund structuring preferred.
• Basic knowledge of corporate tax principles (e.g. relating to board meetings and composition).
• Familiarity with AML and KYC procedures preferred.
• Strong communications project management and liaison skills.
• Good working knowledge of corporate law and governance practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with entity management software
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
