Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager with a background in Chick-fil-A operations and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate is driven by excellence thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads with care clarity and consistency. You will be responsible for ensuring high operational standards while cultivating a winning culture for both team members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations to ensure a clean safe and welcoming environment
Uphold and model Chick-fil-As high standards in food quality speed of service and hospitality
Coach and develop leaders and team members to deliver a remarkable guest experience
Monitor and manage labor food cost and inventory to meet financial goals
Oversee execution of systems policies and training procedures
Foster a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvement
Resolve guest concerns with urgency and empathy
Ensure compliance with all food safety and operational policies
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of Chick-fil-A experience required
2 years of experience in hospitality restaurant or customer service management
Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain high-performing teams
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
A passion for service and a heart for people
Flexible availability including early mornings evenings and weekends
