Nurse Practitioner (NP) Pediatrics

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with Pediatric experience in Rome GA. Living in Rome offers a unique blend of small-town charm and scenic natural beauty. Our client is a physician-led pediatric practice with multiple locations and a collaborative team of physicians and mid-level providers. They are known for delivering high-quality evidence-based pediatric care in a supportive and low-stress clinical environment.

The Position:

Our client is looking for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. The pay range our client is offering is $90000 Base Salary plus additional incentives.

$90000 Base Salary (New Graduates)
$10000 Signing Bonus
Monthly Quality Incentive Bonuses ($800 $1000 per month / approx. $10000 annually)

Requirements:

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Active Georgia License or Ability to Obtain
Passion for Pediatric Medicine
Team-Oriented with a Positive Attitude

Responsibilities:

Monday Friday Schedule
1 Saturday Per Month (9 AM 1 PM)
100% Outpatient Pediatrics
Average 2025 Patients Per Day
Light Call Rotation (1:8 Phone Only)
No Hospital Rounds
No ER Coverage
No Night Shifts
