About the Role
Gandrud Nissan is seeking adetail-oriented customer-focused Automotive Parts Counter Personto join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our service and sales departments ensuring technicians and customers receive theright parts fast.

What Youll Do
- Assist retail and wholesale customers withautomotive parts sales
- Work closely with service technicians tosource and supply correct OEM parts
- Utilizeelectronic parts catalogs (EPC)to identify parts quickly and accurately
- Processparts orders invoices and returns
- Maintain accurateinventory levels and stock organization
- Receive stock and label incoming parts shipments
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
- Ensure a clean organized and efficient parts department
What You Need
- Previous experience in anautomotive parts department dealership or parts store (preferred)
- Familiarity withOEM parts Nissan parts systems or EPC toolsis a plus
- Strong knowledge ofautomotive components and systems
- Excellentcustomer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in afast-paced dealership environment
- Basic computer skills (CDK Reynolds & Reynolds or similar systems preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
