Job Summary

Were looking for a Groups Manager to lead revenue growth and exceptional delivery across Groups B2B Partnerships and Exclusive Hire - including our standout flagship venue Fallbarrow this pivotal role youll take full ownership of commercial performance from pricing and pipeline management through to contracting delivery and postevent review. Working closely with park teams Marketing PR and Revenue youll turn demand into profitable brilliantly executed bookings and help us continuously evolve how we do you thrive at the intersection of commercial strategy operational delivery and relationship management this is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible you will be Groups and Exclusive Hire revenue including budgeting forecasting and the complete client journey - from first enquiry to postevent as contract signatory for all Friends & Family and B2B group bookings up to deliver and communicate commercial plans for Group strong relationships with group organisers B2B clients and thirdparty process improvements automation and smarter ways of working - including exploring opportunities to use the full sales cycle for all Exclusive Hire and optimise pricing strategies using regular competitor commercial relationships with all thirdparty manage the Business Development Coordinator: including coaching development priorities and workload regular 1:1s PDP reviews annual appraisals and apprenticeship training support where experience in commercial sales management - ideally within hospitality travel events or financial skills including budgeting forecasting invoicing and audit relationshipbuilding ability with customers agents and internal organised with the ability to manage large enquiry volumes and multiple user of CRM systems booking platforms and digital why Parkdean ResortsWell besides the one-of-a-kind team culture stunning locations across the UK and the chance to work with the UKs largest holiday park organisation we can offer:The chance to develop your skills and boost your career across our 65 parks weve got your back when it comes to training!Youre never on your own with our Employee Assistance Programme!
