Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Metmix Ltd. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

Position Overview
Reporting to the General Manager the Rooms Division Manager is an integral leadership role within the hotel responsible for overseeing the Rooms Division to ensure daily operations deliver a high level of guest service while supporting the hotels strategic goals.
You will work closely with the Front Office Reservations Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently enhancing both guest satisfaction and overall departmental performance.
This hands-on role involves setting the standard through leading by example fostering our welcoming and positive culture and driving operational standards that consistently deliver excellent guest experiences and support team development.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Rooms Division including Front Office Reservations and Housekeeping ensuring excellent guest service and operational efficiency.
Foster an inclusive and positive culture promoting teamwork engagement and staff development in line with company values.
Monitor departmental performance guest satisfaction and operational metrics identifying areas for improvement and supporting strategic decisions.
Ensure full compliance with health safety and fire regulations in front-of-house areas maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
Maintain adherence to Marriott brand standards legal requirements and internal policies driving continuous improvement in processes and systems (e.g. Opera PMS).
Proven experience as a Rooms Division Manager or in a similar leadership role within a luxury 4- or 5-star hotel.
Strong knowledge of Front Office Night Operations and Housekeeping preferably in a small to medium-sized hotel.
Demonstrated ability to manage busy Front of House operations calmly and efficiently during peak periods.
Professional reliable and maintains high personal standards of appearance and conduct.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Effective communicator able to collaborate with all levels of staff and management.
Knowledgeable with Marriott Brand Standards will be considered advantageous.
