About the job
As a Business ControllerforGroupRealState you will act as a strategic partnerforAlfa Lavals management helping to create a unified perspective on business performance. Throughout the year you will be involved in business planning quarterly forecasting and both regular financial follow-upswithin Real Estateas well asad-hocprojects.Your role will be to both support and challenge the respective management teams.
This position is based in Lund reporting totheManager Group Controlling & FP&A. The Group Controlling function is part of the Finance Transformation department and you willparticipatein various change initiatives. Our team works to standardize and harmonize finance processes implement modern digital solutions and deliver superior analytics and insights.

You have a strong business acumen and understand the drivers behind financial results. You are comfortable navigating and influencing within an international matrix organization. We value those who challenge the status quo and seek continuous improvement so you should be eager to embrace and drive change. Your open and informal communication style makes it easy for you to collaborate and contribute to a positive team spirit.
What you know
58 years of relevant experience including at least 2 years in business controlling preferably within an international matrix organization.
Experience fromCAPEXanalysis.
Strategic mindset and experience supporting business decisions.
Proficient in Power BI for analysis.
University degree in Finance and/or Business Administration.
Fluent in English.
