Experience withenterprise level tools such asPower BI Planful Microsoft D365 andSnowFlakeis an asset.A detail-orientedprofessional whodemonstratesstrong analytical skills with exceptional attention to you will do:Leadand managea team of 4 Financial analystswho act as business partners to Northlands core business and manage the annual budget process from start to finishand ensure it is delivered on timewith high quality and spans budgets from the individual operational location level to the fullconsolidatedNorthland wide -end financial reports including the distribution of P&Ls variance analysis ad-hoc reporting collaboratively with the Data Engineering Team lead to deliver data drivenproducts/ solutions to the with leaders across Financeandthe business todeliveranalysis reporting andinsightsto enablethe business to make informed decisionsoptimizeresources and BI toolstodevelop dashboards to drive business analytics and insights that stimulates growth and improves financial inputs on FP&A function vision and development strategy in best practices andhelp further drive Northlands maturity in the FP&A financial results compared to prior year budgetand forecast conducting in-depth analysis toidentifyrisks and a thorough understanding of Northlands operations IT and finance processes to become an effective Finance Business of resume does not guarantee an interview or transfer.
