Demonstrates the ability to lead and manage projects from inception to finalization.A business partner and effective communicator who can speak both Finance and Operations and convey complex ideas simply and effectively.A technically inclined leader with strengths in data modeling budgeting and forecasting with an eagerness to learn and master new software. Experience with enterprise level tools such as Power BI Planful Microsoft D365 and SnowFlake is an asset.A detail-oriented professional who demonstrates strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to you will do:Lead and manage a team of 4 Financial analysts who act as business partners to Northlands core business and manage the annual budget process from start to finish and ensure it is delivered on time with high quality and completeness. This task spans budgets from the individual operational location level to the full consolidated Northland wide period-end financial reports including the distribution of P&Ls variance analysis ad-hoc reporting collaboratively with the Data Engineering Team Lead to deliver data driven products/ solutions to the with leaders across Finance and the business to deliver analysis reporting and insights to enable the business to make informed BI tools to develop dashboards to drive business analytics and inputs on FP&A function vision and development strategy in terms of people process and technology. Implement best practices and help further drive Northlands maturity in the FP&A financial results compared to prior year budget and forecast conducting in-depth analysis to identify risks and a thorough understanding of Northlands operations IT and finance processes to become an effective Finance Business of resume does not guarantee an interview or transfer.
