About the Role
Join a dedicated team delivering person centred nursing care in a unique correctional health setting. You will assess needs coordinate care and support better health outcomes while building strong relationships with patients and the multidisciplinary team.
Assess patient needs and plan safe effective care
Deliver person centred nursing support each shift
Coordinate care with health and support services
Support team leadership and safe practice
Promote health and patient education
About You
You are a compassionate and capable nurse who values teamwork communication and high quality patient care.
Registered Nurse with NMBA registration
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritise workload in busy settings
Commitment to person centred care
Sound knowledge of healthcare standards and safety
