About the role:


We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist(Level 4) to join our highly supportive Allied Health team at St Vincents Private Hospital Toowoomba. This is a permanent full-time position however a part time role may be considered supporting your work-life balance. This role is responsible for physiotherapy service delivery across our Intensive Care Unit Emergency Department and Acute Wards.

Things that work for us:

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent

  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration

  • Minimum of 7 years experience working as a physiotherapist in a hospital or health environment.

  • Demonstratedknowledge of contemporary evidenced based Physiotherapy practice

  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to lead and supervise a physiotherapy team within the broader multidisciplinary team.

  • Appropriate computer and technological literacy

  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to engage with key stakeholders in daily operation and service development

  • Experience working within a hospital environment would be highly favourable
