Responsibilities

Design develop deploy and maintain automation software solutions supporting factory operations including autonomous material delivery factory scheduling and in-house equipment automation.
Work closely with site manufacturing teams to understand operational needs and develop automated scheduling solutions that improve productivity cycle time and system efficiency.
Collaborate with global factory automation teams to enable and integrate autonomous mobile robot solutions for automated material delivery within the factory.
Partner with global equipment and automation groups to develop enhance and support in-house equipment automation ensuring performance reliability and scalability of production systems.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of automation solutions including understanding requests solution design development deployment monitoring and continuous evaluation and improvement.
Identify opportunities for automation optimization and performance improvement using data analysis system monitoring and visualization tools (e.g. dashboards and reports).
Support day-to-day production operations by troubleshooting automation systems resolving issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Masters or Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering Mechanical Engineering Computer Science Data Science or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Perl and/or Python SQL and web technologies (Angular HTML CSS) with demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new programming languages and frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems (e.g. Ubuntu Debian RHEL AlmaLinux) including system usage scripting and troubleshooting.
Experience working with cloud platforms preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including deployment data processing or infrastructure usage.
Experience with Tableau or PowerBI is an advantage.
Hands-on experience or practical exposure to AI and Machine Learning techniques is an advantage.
Demonstrated leadership potential through teamwork collaboration or involvement in activities beyond academic coursework.
Strong growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured and logical approach.
Clear concise and effective communication skills.
