Main Responsibilities

Procurement & ProcuretoPay Management

  • Manage endtoend procurement activities for Capital Spares and Services.
  • Execute and manage ProcuretoPay (P2P) processes including delivery followup budgeting support cash flow management and invoice reconciliation.
  • Ensure ontime delivery (OTD) to support network capacity and operational requirements.

Supplier Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned site and network suppliers.
  • Perform supplier commercial qualification to support the development of strategic suppliers.
  • Maintain collaborative supplier relationships while proactively addressing performance quality delivery and capability gaps.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with Microns Code of Conduct and corporate social responsibility standards.
  • Communicate supplier performance updates and key decisions to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Represent the voice of the supply base internally and the voice of Micron externally.

Localization & Supply Chain Resilience

  • Drive execution of service and spares localization strategies to improve equipment uptime response time cost competitiveness and supply chain resilience.
  • Enable supplier capability development through localization and incountry support initiatives.

Cost Optimization & Value Creation

  • Identify and implement supplierrelated costsaving opportunities using data analytics and shouldcost models.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert sharing supplier and market insights with crossfunctional stakeholders.
  • Support initiatives focused on total cost of ownership reduction lead time improvement and cash flow optimization.

Contracting & Negotiation

  • Lead or participate in supplier negotiations for sustaining purchases contract renewals and extensions.
  • Coordinate with Category Supplier Managers on global negotiations or lead local/regional RFQ and sourcing events.
  • Develop and execute contract strategies; create negotiate monitor and enforce contractual terms and conditions.

Supplier Performance Management

  • Partner with Category teams to build a comprehensive datadriven view of supplier performance.
  • Communicate sitespecific priorities and expectations to suppliers.
  • Collaborate internally to define key performance metrics and monitor supplier performance to drive continuous improvement.

AIEnabled Continuous Improvement

  • Lead or contribute to automation and AIenabled initiatives that improve process efficiency productivity and operational excellence.
  • Drive simplification and standardization of procurement and supplier management processes.

Other Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and governance requirements.
  • Provide input and recommendations to leadership on procurement strategies processes and policy improvements.
  • Actively participate in crossfunctional teams and global projects involving Procurement Engineering Planning Finance and Legal.

Candidate Profile / Job Requirements

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in:
    • Engineering
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Or a related field of study
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Procurement / Purchasing
    • Supply Chain
    • Engineering

MustHave Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of procurement sourcing and supplier management processes.
  • Experience managing contracts negotiations and commercial terms.
  • Datadriven cost analysis and shouldcost modeling experience.
  • Familiarity with ProcuretoPay (P2P) processes and financial controls.

MustHave Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder influencing skills in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to lead initiatives and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Strong collaboration and relationshipmanagement capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within global crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong written communication and storytelling skills with experience preparing executive summaries and clear concise reports for senior stakeholders.

Highly Desirable / Preferred

  • Experience in managing greenfield startups in semiconductor manufacturing or hightechnology environments
  • Exposure to automation AI MLdriven analytics process mining or workflow orchestration.
  • Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
