As a Security Officer Dispatch Coordinator in Los Angeles CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic commercial real estate this role you will monitor activity coordinate responses to security-related incidents maintain clear communication with on-site personnel and provide exceptional customer service. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities for a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor phones radios alarms cameras and/or other communication systems and dispatch appropriate personnel to reported incidents maintenance concerns and security-related situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner gathering key details and relaying accurate information to site personnel management and/or first responders.
• Maintain detailed activity logs incident records and dispatch reports helping to support clear communication and timely follow-up on site events.
• Coordinate routine and random patrol activity around the property and perimeter helping to deter unwanted activity and support daily operations across the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
