Position Summary

The Principal End User Compute (EUC) Engineer serves as the senior technical authority responsible for owning and evolving Columbias global Windows endpoint environment supporting more than 7000 devices. This role provides leadership in Microsoft Intune endpoint security automation and lifecycle management ensuring a secure consistent and modern experience across all regions. The position guides architectural direction establishes standards and drives continuous improvement to maintain a highly reliable and intuitive endpoint ecosystem for employees from retail stores to corporate offices.

HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Own the global architecture configuration and lifecycle management of Columbias Windows endpoint environment using Microsoft Intune.
  • Define and drive the technical roadmap for endpoint management security posture and user experience.
  • Build and automate deployment configuration and compliance workflows using PowerShell Graph API and policyascode techniques.
  • Lead endpoint security architecture including identity integration conditional access device compliance and endpoint protection.
  • Establish standards baselines runbooks and documentation that support operational excellence and audit readiness.
  • Provide senior escalation support with a focus on deep root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with support security and business teams to deliver intuitive and supportable endpoint solutions.
  • Lead monitoring reporting and continuous improvement for endpoint health compliance and user experience.

YOU HAVE

  • 5 years of hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise Windows endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune.
  • Advanced automation skills using PowerShell Graph API and scripting for deployment configuration and remediation.
  • Deep experience with identity integrations conditional access device compliance and endpoint security platforms.
  • Strong architectural planning documentation and diagramming skills.
  • The ability to simplify complex technical concepts and influence without authority.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset centered on building stable scalable supportable solutions.
