We are currently looking for a Chat Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team! You will be the voice behind the chat assisting AT&T customers with their inquiries and ensuring they receive top-notch assistance in a timely manner.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Resolving issues and providing information about AT&T products and services.
  • Handling customer complaints and questions effectively ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude while managing multiple chat interactions simultaneously.
  • Documenting conversations and ensuring follow-up where necessary.


Requirements
  • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and clear tone.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role particularly in chat support is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of chat interactions efficiently.
  • Familiarity with AT&T products and services is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with computers and chat support software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


Benefits
  • The WEEKLY COMISSION will be paid based on performance you receive can an additional $1 $2 or $3 an hour.
  • Monthly COMISSION - To qualify for the monthly commission YOU MUST WORK 150 HOURS AND 7 DAY FUNCTION RESOLVE 91% OR HIGHER.
