Bank Supplies Co-ordinator
Glendon Wood Hospital Kettering
Hours: Flexible zero hour contract
Shift patterns: 8am 3pm Monday to Friday
Where youll be based:
Glendon Wood Hospital has two operating theatres a purpose built Endoscopy unit 8 out- patient consultation rooms a treatment room for minor surgery out- patients physiotherapy as well as a full imaging unit consisting of MRI & CT scanners USS Mammography and X-ray also have car parking for 103 cars 10 disabled parking bays and 10 EV charging points.
The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Supplies Coordinator to join the team working between the Woodland Hospital and the new Ramsay Healthcare Day Case Unit - Glendon Wood Hospital.
This is a hands-on role involving regular lifting and frequent movement around the hospital.
We are looking for a someone who will be dynamic self-motivated computer literate and has good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Management of stock deliveries for the hospital
Handling all orders
Responsible for the control of ordering stock consumables and equipment needed in the hospital
Supporting with barcoding invoices and deliveries
What you will bring:
Strong IT skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High attention to detail
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Initiative with a flexible and proactive approach to work
Knowledge of medical terminology (desirable not essential)
SAP experience (desirable not essential)
