Reports to: Team Leader

Location: India Bangalore

Job Responsibilities

Incumbent should have good knowledge of domestic as well as international Visa requests. Open to work on roster off weekends
Handle corporate clients with their end to end Visa requirements:
Co-ordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer Build excellent business relationship with customer groups peers and vendors
Good PC skills MS Office applications and email management
Knowledge of corporate travel economics and travel technology/tools will be an added advantage
Knowledge of travel online booking tools interface with GDS (Sabre) and the online booking environment
Maintain ongoing collaborative working relationships with co-workers to achieve customer and business goals. Influence decisions and strong negotiation skills towards the most beneficial outcomes for the client and the company
Ability to diffuse difficult situations turning negative experiences into positive and provide empathy and clarity to internal and external clients
Visa knowledge is significant

Requirement

Minimum educational qualification required as Graduate
Diploma / Post Graduation in travel & tourism would be added advantage
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Visa Handling preferably in Travel industry
Hands on knowledge of GDS system (eg: Sabre) is mandatory requirement
Basic understanding in international travel requirements and destination knowledge a plus
Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with corporate clients
Good problem solving skills and attention to details
Willingness to learn and strong understanding that learning never ends is a must
