1. Card Lifecycle Management
- Processing card issuance requests through ServiceNow (all card types: individual corporate cards purchasing cards virtual cards lodge cards).
- Managing card activation renewal and replacement processes.
- Card termination upon employee offboarding or policy violation.
- Ensuring outstanding balances are cleared prior to termination.
- Maintenance of cardholder profile data (department codes billing addresses cost centers).
2. Credit Limit & Account Controls
- Handling permanent and temporary limit increase/decrease requests.
- Managing MCC (Merchant Category Code) restrictions and updates.
- Monitoring highrisk transactions and unusual spending patterns.
- Enforcing spend thresholds card usage rules and compliance limits.
3. Delinquency & Compliance Management
- Running monthly delinquency reports and identifying overdue cardholders.
- Managing the process with clear escalation paths to managers/HR.
- Ensuring cardholders follow expense report submission timelines.
- Reporting repeated noncompliance and proposing corrective actions.
4. Issue Resolution & Support
- Primary contact for cardholder issues: blocked cards declines fraud cases.
- Coordinating with Citibank customer support (phone/email) for resolution.
- Assisting travelers with emergency card replacement needs.
5. Systems & Data Management
- Administering card platform tools (Citi Manager ServiceNow workflows expense tools).
- Managing cardholder data uploads entitlement updates and reporting structures.
- Ensuring data accuracy across HRIS expense tool and bank systems.
- Pulling reports for Finance AP Treasury Audit or Travel teams.
Education: No degree required; 2 years of relevant experience required
Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of an expense management tool (Concur) and end-to-end expense processes.
- Working knowledge of a corporate card program (Citibank preferred) including compliance support rebates and delinquency monitoring in partnership with Finance.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights actions and executive-level updates.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence outcomes in a global cross-functional environment.
