Job Summary

This role directly supports the production of highly-sensitive and detailed aerospace components where cleanliness precision and process discipline are essential to mission success. Responsible for supporting the preparation of mission-critical aerospace components in a controlled clean room environment by performing meticulous cleaning processes on high-precision manufactured parts used in space and defense applications. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional focus patience and discipline with the ability to stay on task while following strict procedures and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform precision cleaning of aerospace components according to established procedures and quality standards.
Handle delicate high-value components with extreme care to prevent contamination damage or defects.
Work in a controlled clean room environment while following proper gowning contamination control and safety protocols.
Use specialized cleaning equipment tools and high-performance solvents as directed by engineering and quality procedures.
Inspect components visually and with state-of-the-art magnification tools to ensure cleanliness and compliance with specifications.
Maintain strict attention to detail during repetitive and highly focused tasks.
Accurately document cleaning steps inspections and process completion according to company and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation within the clean room environment.
Communicate with manufacturing quality and engineering teams regarding any issues contamination concerns or nonconformances.

Required Qualifications:

High attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus during repetitive precision tasks.
Ability to carefully follow written procedures and work instructions.
Strong discipline in staying on task and maintaining process integrity.
Ability to work in a clean room environment including wearing full clean room garments for extended periods.
Good manual dexterity and steady hands for handling sensitive components.
Basic documentation and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a clean room environment.
Background in space medical device semiconductor or other high-cleanliness manufacturing environments.
Experience with precision cleaning and contamination control.
