Job Summary
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
Masters Degree in Geotechnical/Structural/Water Resources Engineering
Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC or equivalent)
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification
Training in QA/QC for Construction Projects
Certification in Concrete Technology or Materials Testing
Safety Training (Construction Safety OSHA or equivalent)
Dam Safety Training or Hydropower Specialized Courses
Minimum 810 years of experience in civil works construction.
At least 5 years in dam or hydropower projects
Experience in concrete dams (gravity/RCC) embankment dams spillways tunnels or powerhouse structures
Hands-on experience in inspection testing and NCR management
Experience working with international consultants or FIDIC-based contracts preferred
Strong understanding of dam engineering and hydro civil structures
Knowledge of international dam safety standards (ICOLD USBR etc.)
Knowledge of concrete technology soil mechanics and structural works
Experience in RCC dams or large underground works
Proficiency in QA/QC documentation systems
Familiarity with digital inspection tools
Ability to interpret ITPs and method statements
Experience in EPC hydropower projects
Report writing and technical documentation skills
Computer proficiency (MS Office basic QA software)
Familiarity with Primavera or project control tools
