Job Summary
The Hilton Mystic is seeking a motivated and energetic Recreation Coordinator to join our team in Mystic this role you will be responsible for planning organizing and leading engaging recreational activities and programs for our guests ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm creativity and excellent interpersonal skills to foster a welcoming and fun atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a variety of recreational activities and events tailored to guests..
- Coordinate indoor and outdoor programs including games arts and crafts and special events.
- Maintain equipment and supplies ensuring all are safe and in good condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests of all ages.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and effective program promotion.
- Monitor participation and gather feedback to improve program offerings continually.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recreation coordination event planning or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Energetic outgoing personality with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Ability to lift equipment and participate in activities as needed.
- CPR and First Aid certification a plus.
