Your future duties and responsibilities:

Technical Administration & Cloud Operations
Process weekly Chart of Accounts (COA) changes and troubleshoot change request issues.
Create and manage workflows for COA vendor records and other master data management needs.
Generate and distribute reports related to data changes.
Monitor and maintain data feeds to downstream systems and resolve integration issues.
Manage Oracle service requests and ensure timely resolution of platform issues.
Maintain synchronization between production and test environments.
Implement and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud to ensure secure and compliant data flows.
Use EPM Automate to streamline recurring tasks such as:
Data loads
Backups
Metadata updates
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical issues affecting data management processes.
Collaborate with finance and risk teams to translate regulatory and business requirements into technical solutions.
Review monthly Oracle patch releases and assess system impact.
Functional Support & Enhancement
Provide support and enhancements for:
Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS)
Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS)
Ensure data integrity across planning cycles.
Provide secondary support for Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) aligned with GAAP and IFRS standards.
Support implementation of:
Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)
Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS)
Improve reconciliation workflows and cost allocation models.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must Have Skills
Experience in administering Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
Strong knowledge of:
Oracle Cloud Console
EPM Automate
Oracle Integration Cloud
Experience working with finance compliance and audit teams.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
Experience supporting EPBCS and EDMCS modules.
Understanding of financial standards (GAAP / IFRS).
Strong documentation and communication skills with finance stakeholders.

Good to Have Skills

Experience with ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) implementation.
Experience with PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service).
Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.
Automation scripting using Groovy.
Experience in financial services domain.
