Job Summary
Sales Support Specialist Mishawaka IN
This opening at our clients small family-owned business offers the opportunity to work in a fun and specialized industry focused on apparel and promotional products. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with a casual (nice jeans) dress code and a strong commitment to flexibility and work/life balance.
As part of the sales support team you will handle the administrative tasks that allow the company to respond accurately and efficiently to customer needs. This role offers variety in daily responsibilities and the opportunity to contribute to both customer satisfaction and internal team success.
Job Duties:
- Providing troubleshooting assistance related to customer orders
- Supplying data and tracking tools to support the sales team
- Staying current on new products and features
- Coordinating with the sales team to help develop strategies for promoting new items
- Monitoring customer experience on open orders
- Performing general administrative support tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous customer service and/or sales support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computer systems and tracking tools
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Stable work history
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus
- Ability to understand and communicate (talk-read-hear) work instructions
