DATES: 7/6/2026-8/6/2026 4 days per week Monday thru Thursday

HOURS: 7:45 am to 12:45 pm 5 hours per day

8:15 am to 1:15pm 5 hours per day

TITLE: ESY Special Education Clerk

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree preferred
Demonstrated experience in working with various software applications (e.g. MicroSoft Office X2 Google mail/docs)
Basic knowledge of office machines (copier fax scanner)
Demonstrated positive rapport in working collaboratively with others

REPORTS TO:Site Coordinator/Program Director

SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES:These responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Demonstrated ability to collect process and maintain confidential data related to staff and/or students
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with others and to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Demonstrated ability to prepare official correspondence maintain filing system for confidential staffing records and files (e.g. personnel medical transportation)
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work collaboratively with others (including Parents Teachers Paraprofessionals and other personnel) within an educational office environment
Perform other duties deemed necessary by the Program Director/Site Coordinator
Coordinate transportation needs on a day to day basis
Track attendance sheets daily
