The IT Program Manager supports a broad range of initiatives within the Office of the CIO (OCIO) including program coordination reporting communication and execution of enterprise IT transformation efforts. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple interrelated technical projects ensuring alignment with business objectives strategic priorities and program management best practices.
The IT Program Manager plays a key role in supporting presentation development executive communications resource planning and financial tracking including invoice processing and budget coordination. This position provides centralized governance and oversight across programs ensuring consistency efficiency and successful execution of IT initiatives.
Working closely with IT leadership project teams and cross-functional stakeholders the IT Program Manager monitors project dependencies tracks performance and consolidates reporting across initiatives. The role also supports the development and implementation of program management standards templates and methodologies while driving continuous improvement across the organization.
This position requires strong organizational analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities influence stakeholders and support enterprise-wide transformation efforts.
Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
or
5 years of related experience in lieu of education
PMP or related certification preferred
With a degree: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT program/project management.
Experience in IT program or project management supporting multiple concurrent initiatives
Experience with reporting presentation development and executive-level communication
Experience supporting resource planning coordination and financial tracking including budgets or invoice processing
Ability to manage dependencies risks and timelines across multiple interrelated projects
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with the ability to influence and coordinate without direct authority
