HTA/Outcomes Research
Provide informed insight and analysis to aid with the development of HTA strategies and plans which are consistent with strategic brand plans for new and existing products to facilitate national market access for our products.
Develop manage and execute HTA submissions to National Health Council & oothr Public Institutions such as IMSS ISSSSTE and IMSS Bienestar as well as States MOH when necessary.
Remain current and knowledgeable of the external market access and health economic
Provide expert Market Access and Health Economic input to build/customize a robust value proposition for Ipsen portfolio.
Adapt and develop market access and health economic tools/evidence packages provided by global/regional colleagues ensuring that they are fit for purpose and relevant for Mexico.
Lead the interpretation of results validation of reports and other communications for the Mexican affiliate and global.
Build relevant solid value arguments with supporting pricing dossier and the consequence in market access strategy.
Validate and adapt global forecasting and patient flow models in conjunction with medical and commercial leads. Collecting information in multiple data sources including literature Mexican epidemiological sources and health utilization sources and HCPs (through advisory boards and other means).
Interaction with Field Access Team
Generate value propositions for each institution based on the needs identified in collaboration with each Access Field Manager and other functions.
Support the implementation of specific action plans in conjunction with Access Field Managers to convey technical arguments to specific decision-makers aimed at securing broader access to the Ipsen portfolio.
Knowledge Update Systematization & Support
Keep the access pathway processes and mapping of key decision-makers by institution updated to ensure that technical arguments are communicated to the main stakeholders. Support Access and Ipsen in consolidating a single Access Intelligence Hub.
Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and map their organizational relationships within key stakeholder groups (payers patients and physicians).
Develop or adapt specific pharmacoeconomic tools (e.g. calculators) and disseminate them across the organization.
Assist with the development and implementation of strategies for public relations and government affairs as they relate to the market access environment
REQUIREMENTS
Medical Doctor/Pharmacist or Masters/Business School degree Economist Actuarial
At least 5 years in market access needed experience in rare diseases and
oncology is desirable
Fluent in English
