SALARY: $45.82/hr.

SHIFT: Monday Friday availability working rotating shifts as well as flexibility and availability to work any shift Saturday Sunday and Holidays

ROLE SUMMARY:

If youre interested in playing a key role in the production of some of the worlds best-known brands then a job on our team may be right for you! Our dedicated part-time supervisors lead production teams through solving problems and monitoring key operating processes and equipment while promoting and encouraging safe working practices for their co-workers. A successful supervisor will work to identify areas of improvement for our warehouse operations during their shift to achieve their targetsin a highly automated and fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage coach assist and direct workforce for shipping and receiving of finished products new materials and trade returns

  • Develop monitor and maintain production plans inventories and labor schedule

  • Coordinate maintenance activities to meet schedule

  • Enforce Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) safe working practices department policies and maintain records

  • Coach workforce through troubleshooting and monitoring of operating processes and equipment

  • Utilize management system toolkit and methodologies to ensure key performance indicators and targets are achieved

  • Lead process improvement and initiate change

  • Work with senior leaders to drive process improvement initiatives

  • Primarily working off shifts in a continuous manufacturing environment

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree is required but a concentration in engineering supply chain management science or related subject area is strongly preferred

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 2.8 GPA must be in engineering science or supply chain

  • Previous Supply Chain or Logistics experience warehousing focused

  • Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation

  • Technical and problem-solving skills

  • Data analysis or financial acumen

  • Leadership skills a comfort level with change and the ability to lead change is essential and critical to this position
