About the team and the role:

The Global Buying Hub (GBH) team builds seamless personalised and locally relevant shopping experiences for eBay buyers across 150 markets. The team balances global consistency with local market nuances to drive sustainable growth worldwide.

As Campaign Intelligence Manager you will serve as the analytical engine behind global marketing execution. This role goes beyond reporting resultsyou will build strategy by transforming complex data into actionable insights that improve campaign performance and support commercial growth targets. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams providing the data foundation for high-impact decisions.

What you will accomplish:

  • Develop data-backed global marketing programs (e.g. Incentives CRM Paid Ads SEO) aligned to commercial objectives such as incremental GMV new user acquisition and return on investment.

  • Build and deploy thoroughly detailed audience segments using advanced SQL managing overlap at scale and identifying high-potential enthusiast segments.

  • Lead end-to-end experimentation by crafting and delivering rigorous A/B and multivariate tests to measure true incremental lift and improve conversion rates.

  • Develop and scale automated dashboards and self-service reporting tools that reduce manual reporting and provide clear real-time performance insights.

  • Support Weekly Business Reviews by delivering actionable analysis identifying performance gaps and recommending data-driven solutions.

  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover growth opportunities identify emerging market trends and maintain a consistent reliable source of truth across reporting.

  • Partner with senior managers and cross-functional collaborators to inform strategic roadmaps and guide high-impact business decisions.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in a marketing business or data analyst role.

  • Advanced SQL expertise and experience building scalable reporting solutions.

  • Experience building data visualisations and dashboards (e.g. Tableau) that communicate insights clearly to business collaborators.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing performance measurement including experimentation and incremental lift analysis.

  • Ability to interpret complex data and present clear actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

C$110000 - C$146900

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including location skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility various paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
