Aperçu du poste :

En tant quAnalyste Comptable et Reporting vous serez rattaché(e) à la Direction Comptable et Reporting dOtis France.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la production comptable la fiabilité des données financières et le reporting destiné au groupe Otis Monde.

Au cours dune journée type vous devrez :

1. Chef Comptable de lentité Sodica

Vous serez garant(e) :

De la fiabilité des comptes US GAAP et French GAAP de la société
De la production des documents et déclarations réglementaires
Du respect de la législation française et des procédures Groupe
De lanalyse mensuelle des comptes de bilan et de résultat

Vous collaborerez étroitement avec lensemble des départements comptables les équipes opérationnelles de Sodica le Directeur Financier et serez linterlocuteur privilégié :

Des auditeurs internes et externes (PWC)
Des contrôleurs fiscaux
De nos conseils juridiques

Le poste inclut également le management dun collaborateur.

2. Reporting mensuel pour Otis Monde

Vous serez responsable de :

La coordination du reporting mensuel pour lensemble des entités du groupe (Otis SCS NSA Sodica)
La garantie de lintégrité des données comptables
La production des analyses financières
La coordination avec le/la responsable du reporting non financier (bookings efficacités clôtures chantier etc.)

3. Analyse et réconciliation des comptes clients Otis SCS

Dans le cadre du programme de transformation Finance vos responsabilités incluront :

La reprise et lamélioration de la méthodologie danalyse et de réconciliation des comptes clients
La présentation des résultats en réunion de clôture mensuelle auprès de la Direction Financière
Le pilotage du prestataire externe en charge de ces activités

Projets transverses

En fonction des besoins du département vous pourrez également intervenir sur :

Le projet de facturation électronique / ereporting
La déclaration de TVA
Dautres enjeux structurants liés à lévolution de la fonction Finance

Localisation & mode de travail

Poste basé dans le nouveau siège Otis France Nanterre
Déplacements réguliers au siège Sodica Asnières
2 jours de télétravail par semaine

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

Bac 5 en comptabilité finance
3 ans dexpérience minimum
Langues: anglais professionnel
Solides compétences en comptabilité française et US à laise avec les outils informatiques rigoureux dynamique gestion de lagenda et respect des échéances curiosité autonomie communication et bon relationnel.
Suite Office (Excel Word Powerpoint) une connaissance de ERPJD Edwards ou HFM est un plus
