Lead Technology Development as Our Next Technology Segment Project Manager

In this role you will shape forward looking strategies lead impactful development projects and bringnew solutionsto global customers. You will work at the intersection of technology business and innovation making your contribution visible across the entire tissue mill offering.

Your responsibilities

• You will lead the development of end-to-end holistic solutions andsynergyprojects coordinating experts from different Sub BUs and product groups to create unified and impactful outcomes.

• You will manage project budgets guide the step gate development process and ensure structured planning throughout each project phase.

• You will drive business development for new products and solutions supporting successful market entry together with our global Areas and customers.

• You will build strong customer references thatdemonstratethe value and competitiveness of our new integrated solutions

• You will collaborate closely with internal technology teams sales universities and research institutes to support innovation and long-term technology leadership.

What we expect from you

• You have a degree in engineering and solid experiencein tissuetechnical and productive areas.

• You have proven experience in leading development projects and a strong understanding of customer production processes.

• You have strong technical skills in machinery automation digitalization and financial or strategic planning.

• You have advanced Englishproficiencyand strong capability using MS Office SAP and Power BI.

• You are flexible available and comfortable working in cross-functional and international networks.

Your deepexpertisein tissue processes machinery and market dynamics will help you steer development toward impactful outcomes that support customer needs.
