Job Summary

KeyResponsibilities:
- PlanandexecuteTrakCareimplementationprojectswithinthecountryensuringadherencetotimelinesandbudget.
- Takeend-to-endresponsibilityfortheprojectlifecyclefromdaytodayexecutionmanagementtosecuringthenecessaryresourcesensuringeffectiveteamcoordinationsothatthedeploymentisdeliveredaccordingtocontractualcommitmentsandagreeddeadlines.
- DefineprojectobjectivesandoverseequalitycontrolthroughouttheentireprojectlifecyclefollowingInterSystemscustomerengagementmethodology.
- Monitorcustomerandthirdpartyobligationsmanagingescalationsrelatedtoanyagreedprojectchanges.
- Beavailableforassignmentsrequiringregulartraveltocustomersites(7080%ofthetime).
SkillsandQualifications:
- Experiencemanagingimplementationprojectsforintegratedhealthcaresolutionsinacustomerfacingrolegainedwithinpublicorprivatehealthcareorganizations.
- Experienceoverseeingthefullprojectlifecyclefromkickofftoexecutiongoliveandclosure.
- Directknowledgeofthehealthcaresectorand3yearsofexperiencewithHospitalInformationSystems(HIS).
- Experienceinresourcemanagementandinmonitoringtimelinesandbudgets.
- Provenabilitytoleaddiverseandmultidisciplinaryteams.
- Strongcommunicationskillsatalllevelsofanorganization.
- Experiencemanagingcontractsincludingthoseinvolvingthirdparties.
- BachelorsorMastersdegreeinarelevantfield().

- PMPcertification.
