Position Title: Propane Service Manager

Reports to: Branch Manager

Lampton Love Gas Company is looking for a Service Manager whos ready to take ownership of operations lead a skilled team and deliver top-tier service to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Own the service operation Lead all service activities including installations maintenance repairs and inspections
Lead and develop your team Hire train schedule and mentor service technicians to perform at their best
Drive safety and compliance Ensure full adherence to DOT NFPA and all regulatory standards
Be the go-to problem solver Handle escalations troubleshoot complex issues and keep customers satisfied
Keep things running smoothly Optimize workflows improve processes and maintain accurate service records
Respond when it matters most Oversee emergency service calls and support critical response efforts
Champion a safety-first culture Lead by example and continuously raise the bar

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of propane systems appliances and service practices
Demonstrated leadership ability (supervisory experience strongly preferred)
Solid understanding of safety regulations (HVAC or related field experience is a plus)
Excellent communication organization and decision-making skills
Hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively both in the field and in a management role
Valid drivers license (CDL preferred)
CETP certification or willingness to obtain
