Lampton Love Gas Company is looking for a Service Manager whos ready to take ownership of operations lead a skilled team and deliver top-tier service to our customers. This isnt just about managing its about building a culture of safety excellence and reliability in a fast-moving hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the service operation Lead all service activities including installations maintenance repairs and inspections
- Lead and develop your team Hire train schedule and mentor service technicians to perform at their best
- Drive safety and compliance Ensure full adherence to DOT NFPA and all regulatory standards
- Be the go-to problem solver Handle escalations troubleshoot complex issues and keep customers satisfied
- Keep things running smoothly Optimize workflows improve processes and maintain accurate service records
- Respond when it matters most Oversee emergency service calls and support critical response efforts
- Champion a safety-first culture Lead by example and continuously raise the bar
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of propane systems appliances and service practices
- Demonstrated leadership ability (supervisory experience strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of safety regulations (HVAC or related field experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication organization and decision-making skills
- Hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively both in the field and in a management role
- Valid drivers license (CDL preferred)
- CETP certification or willingness to obtain
