Job Summary
Are you organized dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment We are looking for a Samples Clerk to join our this role you will help prepare label package and ship samples while keeping supplies organized and supporting daily communication with operations and sales. Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM $16.50 per hour. This is an Onsite position. EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work stays detail-focused and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
What Youll Do
- Prepare cut label package and ship samples
- Maintain inventory of sample bins and supplies
- Request materials as needed
- Process shipping transactions and returns
- Create documents and send/receive emails
- Deliver internal packages and perform errands between local facilities
- Keep the work area clean safe and organized
- Communicate with operations sales and other team members
What Were Looking For
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good math and problem-solving ability
- Ability to read instructions safety rules and measuring devices
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Professional attitude and ability to work well with others
Work Environment
- Warehouse setting
- Onsite position only
- Regular and dependable attendance is required
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for long periods of time
- Use hands and arms frequently throughout the shift
- Bend stoop kneel crouch and reach as needed
- Lift and move up to 25 lbs. frequently
- Ability to perform duties requiring close attention to detail
