What Youll Be Doing
Create campaign Key Visuals ready for build rollout and adaptation.
Turn approved concepts into polished artwork across digital print and presentation formats.
Respond to solus design briefs with strong conceptual thinking and fresh ideas.
Collaborate with creatives strategists and account teams to bring campaigns to life.
Deliver highquality assets for websites emailers digital campaigns and print.
Roll out master visuals into multiple formats while keeping consistency tight.
Share rough drafts and creative approaches with internal teams and stakeholders.
Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines without dropping quality.
Keep files fonts and artwork libraries tidy organised and versioncontrolled.
Add positively to the culture creativity and rhythm of the studio.
What You Bring
Experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
A portfolio that shows strong design thinking brand understanding and Key Visual development.
Experience working to briefs timelines and shifting priorities.
Comfortable juggling multiple clients and campaigns at once.
Adobe Creative Suite rocksolid skills (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
PowerPoint expertise (this one really matters).
Email design build experience.
Basic understanding of web design.
After Effects & Premiere Pro a bonus.
Strong typography layout and composition skills.
Confident in organising files managing fonts and preparing artwork.
