Job Description & Summary

Role Overview

We areseekinga highly organisedproactiveand detaildrivenTeam Operations & Programme Support Senior Manager to support the smooth running of a 200person Tax Consulting team. The role spans peopleprocess coordination administrative support training scheduling technologytransformation activities and managing update meetings across a team ranging from earlycareer associates to experienced directors.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure improving processes coordinating multiple stakeholders and keeping complex programmes running efficiently.

This is a fixed term part-time role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Operations & Coordination

  • Manage complex calendarsschedulingandlogisticsfor meetings across all seniority levels.

  • Coordinate recurring update sessions planning cycles people processes and team events.

2. Administrative & Executive Support

  • Prepare agendas meeting packsminutesand action logs; track followups to completion.

  • Maintain documentation across TeamsSharePointand shared drives.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.

3. Project & Process Support

  • Support people training and technologytransformation programmes including tracking milestones and progress.

  • Identifyblockers and escalate where needed.

  • Help streamline workflows and standardise processes for smoother execution.

4. Technology & Digital Enablement

  • Use Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook Teams Excel PowerPoint SharePoint Forms) to support daily operations.

  • Assistwith technologytransformation activities: coordinating demos rolloutscommunicationsand feedback.

  • Maintain trackers and help embed new workflow tools (Planner Asana Trello Miro).

5. People & Training Programme Support

  • Coordinate training sessions CPD activities onboardingprocessesand capabilitybuilding initiatives.

  • Liaise with Learning & Development to manage scheduling attendance communications and evaluations.

  • Understand the needs and pressures of a professionalservices consulting environment.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare basic reports and dashboards using Excel (including pivots).

  • Summarise themes insights and action items from meetings or feedback.

Skills & Experience Required

Core Skills

  • Excellent organisational timemanagement and prioritisation capabilities.

  • Confident communicator across all levels (Associates to Directors).

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationshipbuilding skills.

  • Highproficiencyin Microsoft 365 tools and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Experience Level

  • Minimum 10 years experience in senior administrative leadership programme coordination business operations or peopleprogramme management ideally in complex fastpaced environments

  • Familiarity with professionalservices environments is an advantage
