Job Summary

What You Can Expect

As a ZCX Solutions Engineer youll design innovative contact center solutions that transform customer interactions. You will act as a trusted advisor providing technical presentations demonstrations and roadmap support to customers and partners. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated adaptable to new CX platform releases and collaborate with the Product and CX regional team for business growth.


About the Team

The team focuses on the technical aspects of the Contact Center sales cycle & enhancing Zooms Contact Center capabilities. Youll collaborate with teams and clients to align technology with business goals. Youll help organizations deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive growth.


Responsibilities

  • Building trusted relationships with customers to understand goals and design impactful solutions.

  • Partnering with account teams to deliver discovery sessions demos and solution workshops.

  • Translating business and technical needs into actionable solution designs.

  • Collaborating with product teams to share customer insights and influence innovation.

  • Guiding customers through pre-sales evaluations to ensure successful adoption.


What Were Looking For

  • Have 7 years of experience in customer-focused roles

  • Demonstrate experience delivering technology-based customer solutions in pre-sales or consulting roles

  • Have proven sales skills targeting business customers with a deep understanding of necessary techniques and demonstrate professional business/technical acumen. Should have a track record in solutions engineering or solution consulting roles.

  • Understand the CX/EX industry including Contact Center concepts such as Workforce Optimization Workforce Management Workforce Engagement Management etc

  • Have a proven industry experience in CCaaS and/or adjacent industries like AI Workforce Optimization Quality Management etc.

  • Have wealth understanding of the Contact Center market and trends advocating customer needs to influence strategy and vision

  • Have an ability to work and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
