The Office Administrator at Chick-fil-A Southcenter ($23.00/hr to $25.00/hr) plays a vital role in supporting the daily administrative and operational functions of the restaurant. This position requires a highly organized detail-oriented individual who can manage a wide variety of responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care.
Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and bill payments tracking and organizing costs maintaining office systems and organization and supply ordering. The Office Administrator will also serve as a key point of communication by answering phone calls responding to emails and delivering excellent customer service to guests vendors and team members. There are also HR/Payroll responsibilities in this position as well so this person must also have impeccable trustworthiness regarding sensitive information.
In addition this role is responsible for documenting meeting minutes supporting leadership with various administrative projects and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate is adaptable and willing to step in as needed including occasional support in restaurant operations.
