The Summer Employment Opportunity Program (SEOP) provides temporary summer employment opportunities to children step-children and spouses of Mayo Clinic employees enrolled in a college degree granting program of study and is intended to help supervisors accommodate employee vacation requests when seasonal work volumes are high.
Outpatient: Looking for an opportunity to see firsthand how Mayos phlebotomy labs play an integral role in a patients life her at Mayo Clinic Phlebotomy has been said to be the gateway to the body and here at Mayo lab work is one of the first stops for a patient. We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to assist in our busy and fast-paced environment. You will get to experience the daily pace of lab life see the practical application of helping diagnose patients and have direct patient contact each day!
Must be a child step-child or spouse of a current Mayo Clinic employee.
Must be currently enrolled in a degree granting program.
Must be returning to college in the fall.
Must be able to work a minimum of 10 weeks.
Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program
SEOP employees should not expect vacation/days-off to be approved during their commitment.
