About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Management Analystto support the execution and evolution of a Data Domain Management (DDM)framework within a Risk environment.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about dataquality governance and data-driven decision-making ensuring thatenterprise data is well-defined documented controlled and trusted.You will work closely with Data Governance teams Data Owners and DataStewards to drive operational excellence in data management.
Key Responsibilities
Data QualityRemediation & Follow-Up
- Manage and maintain the data quality issue backlog and remediation plans
- Proactively follow up with Data Owners and Stewards to ensure timely resolution
- Track progress enforce SLAs and prepare escalation materials
- Ensure all remediation actions are documented and auditable
Data DefinitionDocumentation & Lineage
- Maintain and improve the data dictionary with clear and consistent definitions
- Support definition of critical data elements
- Ensure data documentation (rules ownership usage) is complete and up to date
- Contribute to end-to-end data lineage documentation and alignment
KPI Monitoring &Data Quality Analysis
- Develop and maintain data quality KPIs dashboards and reports
- Analyse trends recurring issues and data quality risks
- Identify structural weaknesses and escalate to leadership
- Support reporting for governance forums and senior stakeholders
Collaboration with DataGovernance
- Ensure alignment between data governance standards and operations
- Support implementation of policies controls and best practices
- Act as a bridge between governance and data domain teams
Data Community &Domain Support
- Support and engage the Data Steward / Data Champion community
- Assist in applying the DDM operating model consistently
- Act as a first point of contact for operational data management topics
Technical Skills Required
- Experience in Data Management Data Quality or Data Analysis roles
- Strong understanding of data definitions metadata and documentation
- Familiarity with data dictionaries data catalogs and data lineage concepts
- Knowledge of data quality frameworks and issue management
- Exposure to data governance frameworks (highly valued)
Soft Skills
- Strong ability to collaborate with Data Owners Stewards and Governance teams
- Excellent follow-up and accountability mindset
- Clear and structured communication skills
- Ability to translate complex data topics into actionable insights
