大专或同等以上学历机电自动化电子电气等相关专业优先 2年以上工厂生产管理工作经验 熟悉机械/电气产品组装过程有线束组装/压装经验 熟悉电气操作规程对1000V380V电压有概念 了解如三坐标万用表高压测试仪示波器等常见测量工具/仪器能够操作者加分 能够无障碍阅读并理解工厂工艺/质量等体系文件中文并培训下属员工 能操作WordExcel等办公软件 能够进行英文基本识读 工作态度端正严谨责任心强具备良好的沟通协调和团队合作能力

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

协助运营经理进行生产现场设备人员管理 主导班组内例会 领取装配的生产物料 根据生产订单和实际生产情况开展生产工作安排控制装配生产进度保质保量按期完成生产任务 依据异常处理规定对装配生产过程发生的异常进行审核处理报告和记录 制定本岗位年度工作目标并展开分析和改善活动以达成目标 执行EHS相关措施展开班次内的安全宣导监督并且承担事故的管理责任 配合品质部工程技术的要求执行品质改善效率提高等相关措施 记录和审核各项生产报表确保其真实准确 策划和推行实施班次内的5S工作 培训下属对培训效果进行考核跟踪制定下属的年度培训计划 监督下属的职责履行情况实施分层审核并完成下属的绩效考核 提出装辅助消耗品的采购申请 协助完成上司安排的其它工作任务
